Looking to find someone to take over my lease at 1004 Cleveland Street, Apt 5.I love this apartment but I am moving out because I would like a pet.Spacious apartment with full kitchen, new appliances, walk in closet (LOVE this). Separate washer/dryer in unit which is a huge plus. I've never had any noise issues here, wonderful neighborhood. Grocery store (sack n' Save) is just a few blocks away. UNT is a 10-15 min bike ride away, 2-3 mins by car. There is a bus stop right across the street that will drop you off at the business building.Maintenance is very prompt. Complained about my washer and dryer, had a repairman over that day, replaced by the next day. Every maintenance request I've put in has been answered same day or next day. Parking is directly outside of the unit, on the ground floor.
