The house is 2500 sq ft, 4 bedroom / 3 full bath. It has a 1-car garage, a big, beautiful backyard, and a whole-house evaporative cooling system. Gorgeous views of North Table, south to Lookout, west to the foothills. 2nd story deck, backyard with pergola, backyard bar, trampoline, grill. 3 bedrooms upstairs, master w/bath, open kitchen / dining / living room. Downstairs entertainment room w/wood fireplace, separate office, guest bedroom, full bath. Since we're only moving for a year we want to rent the house fully furnished. It comes with everything you could possibly need including all kitchen appliances, gas grill, tv's, washer/dryer, etc... Plus, our neighborhood and neighbors are the greatest in all of Colorado! We are friends with at least 8 families within a block and they would love to have you invite them over so they can continue drinking at the backyard bar (Scruffy's West)!
