It is short walk to downtown and campus. Football stadium is under 2 blocks away. Large driveway for off street parking. Most houses in the area don't have 2 spots and you have to pay extra for those... This house comes with approximately 5-6 spots (free with rent). Good, responsive landlord. Currently rented thru July 15, 2025. Updated 4 bedroom, two bath residence with hardwood floors. Large bedrooms. Primarily has been used for grad school students and young professionals. Washer and Dryer. On-site parking for 5-6 cars. Also includes one car detached garage. Tenants who choose to stay another year will have their lease reset to same dates and get that half month free. We rent out the backyard to lifelong UM Fans who tailgate their during football season (they get grass areas but wont park on the concrete spots (they just need to be able to get in and out but it has worked out really well every year, and they generally offer to pay for your cable during those months or will chip in for internet so they can use it during those 7-8 home games). $250 non-refundable cleaning fee (sidenote: we expect the home to be broom clean on moveout - but no need to deep clean stove or bathrooms, move fridge to dust, wipe down baseboards/blinds, etc as we find people have different levels of cleanliness and would rather not keep and itemized list and have a lengthy walkthrough on moveout for these cleaning items). Total amount due at signing of lease is $5250 and the first installment must be paid before or on start date. All utilities will need to be set up prior to or on start date We mow the yard. shoveling steps and sidewalk is responsibility of tenants. 11.5 month lease paid in 12 equal installments of $4200. The term of the lease is 8.1.25-7.1.26 The current tenants have told me they will not be renewing again this year, but in accordance with Ann Arbor Ordinances there can be no showings and no signing of lease until February 15, 2025.
