Parking is now $100/month, so you are getting the best rate of $50/month. These apartments are a 5 minute walk from campus. I am looking for a guy to take over the lease, as the roommate currently occupying the other bedroom is a male and the apartment does not allow guy/girl roommates in the 2x2 units.
