The room is fully furnished. Plenty of free parking available on the street. The house is a few minutes from Pitt, CMU, Chatham, & Hospitals. Shopping is 5 minutes by bus or car to Waterworks mall/shopping area. 71B and 75 are PAT Transit buses to Oakland/downtown with a stop less than 5 min walk from the home. Students ride for free. Rent is $750 per month which includes lease stipulated utilities. Lease term is negotiable. The room is available for move in any time after August 15, 2026.
