They will list 1 bedroom apartments $849 - $1159, but the $849 is for low income families. They will charge $1159 for everyone else. You will need to contact management to apply. You will NOT be sending me any personal info and you will NOT be applying to me. You must contact me first if you interested in this unit. After I know who you are, you may contact the office, and tell them you are applying for unit 26-203. Washer, dryer, stove, oven, fridge, and dish water included. Stove and oven run on gas. Pet friendly. 2 dogs/cats max. Pet rent: $30 Must pass credit check and background check. Total income must be at least 2.5x the rent ($2,780).
