This lovely house in Texas offers a spacious public area that is perfect for relaxation, studying, and socializing. There are two shared bathrooms, and the central air conditioning ensures the entire home remains comfortable, whether warm or cool. Additionally, there is a second air conditioning system on the upper floor for added convenience. Tenants are welcome to adjust the temperature to their preference, but we kindly ask that everyone remains respectful of each other's comfort. We provide Wi-Fi and water, while the landlord covers the costs for electricity and gas. Each room features a unique lighting system, and the backyard is similarly equipped. We provide basic kitchen essentials for your convenience, and laundry rooms are accessible to all residents. Near by there are a small supermarket and a few restaurants, making living convenient. A UPS store near by, good for mailing, returning etc. There are several gas stations nearby, including Exxon, Circle K, and H-E-B Fuel. Additionally, if you travel a bit further, you'll find Valero, Chevron, and some more small convenient stores. The landlord has a busy work schedule and may not always be available. However, please feel free to reach out to her relatives if you have any requests that would help with your comfort. You can use this address as shipping address, but note that sometimes certain packages has to be claimed through mailbox. You can always ask landlord's son to do this for you. Overnight guests not be accommodated. However, if necessity for an overnight stay for a guest, please inform the landlord at least a day or two in advance, and we will do our best to make suitable arrangements.
