We bought this home in 2012. This home was rehabbed in 2012. As of February 2014 a new central heat and AC Unit was installed replacing the old one. Although there are 3 bedrooms there is an additional room with double doors that we have used as an office. There are 2 bench like windows in 2 areas of the house-the office and the front living-room. There are nice angles and an arch like entry way into the kitchen and ledge like topping in the hallways and the kitchen above the high cabinets. There is also a high sky light in the kitchen. HOA dues are 100.00 quarterly.
