This house has 5 rooms and 3 complete bathroom. I am renting each room separately. Currently I have two rooms available for rent. One room is $250 a week and another room is $225 a week. Room is private but bathroom is shared. House is completely furnished. All the utilizes are included in the rent. Wiff, electricity, water, garbage fee all are included in the rent. There is no lease. You need to stay a minimum of one week. No bound. Give us a week of notice. I have cleaning lady who comes weekly and clean the house and bathroom. You have shared furnished kitchen for cooking. Water softener and reverse osmosis are installed for drinking water.
