Your income must be 2.5-3 times what the rent is in one-month (gross income) and your credit score 675 or better and nothing on your background, be employed for at least six (6) months. I make appointments between 8:30-4:15, Monday-Friday. Resident pays Electricity & Gas, owner pays Water, Sewer and Trash, sign a 1 or 2 year lease, pet friendly community (breed restrictions apply).
