Expansive back deck with plenty of privacy features an outdoor sectional paired with a natural gas fire pit table and large outdoor dining table. The master suite is furnished with a King bed, walk-in closet, attached bath, and large flatscreen TV. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. Bikes can be stored in the garage or carport. Rent is $5000 in the off season and $6000 for June, July & August Available now for leases 1-12 months. 3 - 6 months lease preferred but all inquiries are welcome including 1 year. Furnished Monthly Vacation Rental (30 night minimum due to regulations), Month-to-Month or longer-term lease options available. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Utilities included (capped). DirecTV and Wi-Fi included. If you rent one-year utilities and Wi-Fi will be moved to your name. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and one-time $300 - $400 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Longer stays will require the security deposit be increased to 1 months rent. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
