The kitchen, laundry, and living room as well as any outdoor areas are shared spaces. I do not want any large gatherings at my house unless agreed on by the both of us, and overnight guests are limited to 1-2 nights per week with a heads up. I am allergic to cats so no cats allowed but I am open to 1 small/medium sized well behaved dog. There is a public pool on our street as well as Jefferson park and a playground.
