Spacious bathrooms with lots of storage space. Detached garage for storage. Large shared living room with built in shelves, dining room and kitchen with ample cupboard storage. House is partially furnished, each bedroom has a bed and small desk and there is a dining room table set. Rent is $650 plus utilities (avg 750 total). Lease starts June 20th. I am kind, friendly, clean and organized. I live in the basement suite. I have a very friendly 2yr old golden mix named Luna. I have video walkthroughs from before I moved in. Lease starts June 20th, 2026 and is 1-2 yrs in length. Landlord is very responsive with fixing any issues that may arise. Utilities are shared with all tenants.
