So we do sometimes see woodchucks and other wildlife. 6) We are a block or two away from McNichols Plaza Elementary School, so this apartment would be great for parents of children who attend there. Parking includes practical street parking (right at your front door), and a less practical, but reserved, off-street, parking space two lots away. To encourage community the back yard has a picnic table space, and a fire pit for hanging out. We hope you will love living here.
