    Again, the 595.00 rent includes all your utilities, a non-aversive dog small or big or a car is allowed. If your a smoker that's fine. You must complete a Zillow application and a credit check and criminal background check will be done. No completed Zillow application do not bother contacting me. The first months rent and a 400.00 security deposit and signing of a one year lease are needed upfront. Only electronically sent rent payments excepted ( cash app, Venmo, or Apple Pay) the lease will have in it that carpenters and other construction workers will be allowed inside the unit as I still have some remodelling work to be done in the kitchen and all new windows are going to be installed. You will get a 48 hour notice before any worker shows up. There is a single May tenant in the upper unit ( he's a very nice, respectful 70 year old). There is only on street parking. While I pay all your utilities you will be responsible for mowing the lawn ( either hire it out or have a lawn mower) you and the upstairs tenant can work out shovelling of snow off walkway. I must re-emphasised the unit has a small bedroom with one walk-in closet and this rental is best for a single individual or a couple without kids just based on the limited amount of space.
