Wonderful terrace level apartment, huge master bedroom (HUGE walk in closet), a very light, bright apartment. Current tenants leaving after an 8 year stay! (bought their first home.) The private owner / manager discounts the rent $200 a month below the official complex minimum rent. Excellent Pantops location is close to I64, UVA, Downtown Charlottesville. Carriage Hill is a wonderful friendly community. Great gym and pool included in the HOA fee the landlord pays, NO extra cost to the tenants! Ps....if you'd like to ask the most recent tenants about what living at CH is like, just ask and I can share their email. Spoiler alert: They loved it there for 8 years! (Note... Please do NOT pay Zillow an application fee unless we've had initial contact, unless that fee covers multiple properties for you. We don't have a signed lease yet but several viewing scheduled. We pay water, sewer, trash, hoa fee that allows pool and gym use. Tenant pays electric, TV, internet. Just fwiw, for the previous tenants electric bill ranged from $80 to $300 a month, averaging right at $200 a month.
