The property is a pheasant hunting preserve and is used for bird-hunting from 1 September to 31 March and deer hunting in season. The renter may have access to hunting by special arrangement. Fishing is permitted provided owner's catch limit is followed. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom upstairs; not suitable for mobility-restricted renters. No smoking permitted. Dogs are not allowed to roam the property but may be walked on roads on a leash.
