This is a standalone trailer in a residential neighborhood. Small with very limited storage. We have allowed tenants to store limited clothing items in our Airbnb walk-in closet. Limited cooking, hot plate, microwave, apartment size fridge. No washer/dryer. No pets. Single occupancy only. All bills included. Must use air conditioning and heating responsibly. i.e. Don't leave them set to max heating or cooling when you are not home. This is a very small efficiency unit. It is approximately 175 Sq. Ft. If you have lots of clothes, furniture, household items, this is not for you. We also have an Airbnb that people rent, so you will share the deck and back yard with any quests as well as our family. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is a large walk-in closet in the Airbnb that we allow renters limited use of. You will not be able to access it at all times so it is more appropriate for storing clothes that you seldom use. We have a pet Airedale Terrier that you will get to know. He thinks he is Houdini, so making sure that you lock the gate when coming in or going out is essential. This is a single occupancy unit and renters will be expected to respect that requirement. If you have a vehicle you must park on the street. I will show you the best place to park. We have a small metal building that tenants have used for a scooter or bicycle.
