Appointments should be done at least one day ahead and has to be confirmed with a message on the day of the appointment at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Unconfirmed appointments will be considered canceled. Tenant pays for utilities and trash. Pets are allowed but tenant will have to pay a 500 extra for a pet security deposit. There's a one car open driveway garage. Each application has a non refundable fee of 40$ and applicants should bring their ID, paystubs, proof of employment, list of past addresses and previous jobs. We do require good credit scores for applicants. Unfortunately at this time this unit is not HUD approved
