SHORT TERM Lease available January 1st, 2026 through June 30th, 2026! Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Rent is $1,800.00 per month, security deposit to be held equal to one month rent that cannot be applied towards the last month's rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities (water, electric, garbage, internet, and propane) No pets. No smoking or vaping. All applicants will be screened with a non-refundable $62 fee per applicant (adults over age of 18).
