In all, you'll find 2 1/2 baths, a den, and 3 bedrooms (or 2 bedrooms and an office,) while throughout the home, you'll discover cozy nooks filled with books! Outside, an expansive backyard offers plenty of space to kick a soccer ball, or sit under the shade tree with a book.
