The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a wide variety of spices, a food processor, crockpot, KitchenAid mixer, air fryer, and all the cookware you could need. There is seating for 6 in the kitchen and additional seating for 4 in the studio, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The bathroom has been newly remodeled with tile, and the Stuido/office and living room have been refreshed with new paint and rugs and ceilings! Registered Guests Only: We maintain a strict policy that only registered guests are permitted on the property. This helps ensure a quiet, respectful environment for both our neighbors and guests. Violations may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay. Guest will access Duplex through a share hallway or inclosed porch. You have a keypad to access hallway and a keypad to access your own unit. There is a ring camera in the hallway for safety and protection. There are NO cameras inside the private units. Pet friendly means all pets.. not just dogs Owner pays utilities as long as they are within normal range.
