Looking for two roommates to move into this three bedroom house located in sugarhouse. My current roommates are moving out mid June so the two rooms would be available the second week of June, possibly sooner. A new 1 year lease will be signed on July 1st. House is within walking distance to antique stores, restaurants, and breweries. There is a nice back yard with planter boxes as well as room for two car parking in garage behind house.
