Enjoy our fully fenced 1.5 acres with a chicken coop and fenced run (egg laying chickens already on the property if you'd like to keep them, or feel free to add your own). A firepit large enough for your family and friends. THREE storage sheds for all your storage needs. 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites with their own bathrooms. Large den/flex/office space and a 3rd floor private loft bedroom. We are a working family who wanted to keep their first home to pass on to our son. We are not professional landlords and will not place many restrictions as long as you care for our home. We will also be 20 minutes away if you need anything and always available to answer your questions. *Subject to credit and background check, you DO NOT need to make 3 times the rent but we will ask for proof of income. First month's rent is due at signing along with the $2000 refundable security deposit so a total of $4800. Home will be move-in ready by 04/01/25 (subject to change based on current tenants). There are currently tenants on property so any tours need 24 hour notice. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Welcome home! Sub-letting is allowed with owner's approval, leaseholder is fully responsible for lease terms. Tenant pays for all utilities. Owner will pay for trash pickup service, servicer is Republic and pickup day is Monday. Owner will pay for landscaping and pest control quarterly. There is NO HOA. NO PET RESTRICTIONS so long as they are not venomous or aggressive. No smoking permitted INSIDE the home, there is plenty of space outdoors. The driveway is large enough for 6 cars, please try not to park on the grass. Short term and month to month leases are available but may require higher security deposits. 60 day notice is required for early lease termination, deposit will be forfeited. Tenants will have full use of the property's 1.5 acres so long as it does not damage the foliage, we ask that you respect our wildlife and woods. Tenants are welcome to make the house feel like home but we ask that you please consult us before making any major modifications, we will not say no if it does not damage our home. There are 12 chickens on the property currently that belonged to us and our current tenants chose to keep them, we would love it if the new tenant wanted to keep them and their yummy eggs as well. Tenant will be responsible for their care if kept. If you do not wish to keep them, we can make alternate arrangements. PROOF OF RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED PRIOR TO MOVE IN. Failure to provide a renters insurance policy may result in cancellation of lease and forfeiture of security deposit.
