The Townhouse has an in-unit washer and dryer. The Townhouse Community also have a outdoor swimming pool. You will have access to the community pool during summer. We have a wireless high-speed internet from Comcast. The house offers plenty of privacy because bedrooms are located on a different level from the common areas such as living room and dining room. Your bedroom is on the top level of house and separate from all other bedrooms. Also know as in-law suite. You don't really need a car, because the metro station, grocery store and the restaurants are at a walking distance. We keep common areas clean, we are quiet, and respect others space and expect the same in return. Please reply to a few questions in your email: 1. What is your current living situation? Can your current and past landlord be contacted for references? What is your credit score? 2. What do you do for a living? How old are you? 3. What are your social habits? How often do you drink? Do you smoke or vape? If so, how often? 4. How long do you see yourself renting? When are you planning to move-in? 5. We have a kitchen, common areas, and carpet vacuum cleaning schedule. Do you have any objection to doing the shared chores at your turn? 6. Please note that the size of the bedroom is 10 X 9 ft. and has a 2.5 x 5 ft. closet. Would that be sufficient to accommodate you? 7. Do you have a vehicle? If you have a vehicle - garage parking is available for $100. 8. Do you have any objection to sharing the bathroom with a male roommate? We are seeking a kind, considerate, non-smoking person with no pets who keeps the common area and their personal space clean. This location is ideal for someone who works at the Patent Office, King street, Old Town Alexandria, Pentagon, Crystal City or any metro accessible government agencies in the DC metro area. References and a Credit Check or a Proof of Employment will be required as part of the application. Deposit of one month's rent is required.
