Living Room: Comfortable seating for four adults to watch their favorite show or just Netflix and chill on a 50 inch Smart TV. Modern ceiling fan. Bright arc lamp for curling up with a good book. Kitchen: Four barstools enable guests to pull right up to an extra deep, sparking, granite peninsula. Stainless steel appliances. Extra deep sink with commercial faucet and 18-inch dishwasher. Ample cabinet storage. Microwave, four slice toaster, blender, drip coffee pot, tea kettle and coffee, tea, creamer and sugar to get you started provided. Children's dishes, cups and utensils. Flex Room (the ".5" bedroom): This room can be used as your dedicated office, the second bedroom, your yoga studio or all of the above. Even though it's large enough to be a second bedroom, you have to walk through it to get to the bathroom / linen closet and the master bedroom, so it is not entirely private. (See the floor plan at the end of the photos.) This room is really functional, though! It boasts an adjustable height desk for those who like the option to sit or stand while they work, a comfy twin daybed with twin trundle underneath and flexible furniture pieces that you can move based on your needs. Laundry: Stack washer / dryer in closet off of flex room. Iron, ironing board, hamper provided. Bathroom: Tub/shower combo. Three drawers for storage in vanity. All updated hardware, lighting, toilet, faucets. If your don't find enough towels hanging in the bathroom - check out the linen closet across the hall for extra towels, sheets, and other supplies. Master Bedroom: King bed. Ceiling fan. Sound machine. Bedside lights with USB chargers for convenience. Three drawer dresser. Closet with full size mirror, vacuum. Outside: Narrow wrap around deck with bistro table, market lights to enjoy some fresh air. Small gas grill. Parking: On street parking directly in front of house, or parking behind in house via driveway. Storage: Nice locked, dry storage for bikes and large items available. Please inquire if needed. Rent is inclusive of utilities, internet, city trash & recycling removal, basic lawncare, pest control and one cleaning / month. One month minimum lease term. For lease terms of less than 3 months, an additional $300.00 administrative and cleaning fee applies.
