This apartment is perfect for friends living together, couples, or a single person who wants to have an extra room for an office. It's in a fantastic location 1 block from King Soopers, 4 short blocks from Cheesman Park and the Botanical Gardens, as well as walking distance to tons of coffee shops, dining and shops. It is also a 5 min drive from Trader Joes, Natural Grocers, and Whole Foods. There is also a great rooftop deck with a grill. It is the perfect place to watch the sunset! I am looking for responsible and clean people to move in who love the idea of moving into an apartment fully stocked with everything you need. Move in date is September 1st but lease types and some of the apartment set up can be flexible (ie. if you prefer to make one of the rooms an office, I can also remove one of the beds).
