I bought the home at the bottom of the market to give me a project to work on and live in the process. I'm in the process redoing the hardwood floors, replacing all windows, installing a tankless water heater, repainting, replacing the old clay sewer line, landscaping, fixing the attic ventalation, updating the electrical, finishing the basement, and many more costmetic fixes/upgrades. I refuse to sell the home until this is all completed. When I'm done, I can either sit on it while the market recovers, or take a decent offer now to cover my costs and move on to the next home. The home has a beautiful back yard in front of a public park and stream, with plenty of ducks. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very friendly, safe, and quite. I was born and raised in the country, so living in a city limits or even having neighbors was new for me, I can easily say I feel very comfortable here and hope my next neighborhood is exactly like this one.
