I am going abroad and need to sublet my room from either Jan-May or Jan-Aug. Rent is $950 a month and is negotiable, girls only please! My house is beautiful- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, skylights, vaulted ceilings, and best of all my room has its own bathroom and a huge closet and there is a lock on my door. My room is also downstairs by the front door (all my roommates' rooms and the kitchen/family room are all upstairs) so its private and easy to come and go as you wish. I am willing to leave my room partially furnished for a small fee or unfurnished, whichever you wish.
