Nice bright 2 bedroom apartment, very near NYC park and ride also 10 minutes to metropark train station. 5 mintues to Garden State Parkway. JFK park nearby, where there is a walking strip and Tennis courts. We have stayed for only 3 months, and moving to our own place. Have stayed at another apartment in the same complex for 4 years after which i left for Connecticut and am back now. Its a nice safe and firendly place with Shoprite, Dominos, Kohls, Walmart, Home Depot, Patel, Marshalls, Farmers Market etc are all 5 minutes away Owner pays for trash and water. Tennant pays for gas and electric.
