This newly constructed upscale 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Boston's South End offers a luxurious living experience. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $375 per month. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. There is a $150 lost key fee.
