You've arrived! You park in your covered spot and head into one of the best professionally managed properties on the island through the secured portal, just feet from your assigned parking spot. You take the elevator to the top floor and step into an amazingly decorated haven. Drop your gear, suit up and head to the beach, a very short walk. Grab your favorite flavor, Kohr Brothers ice cream, on the way. The sand is warm and water cool. Just as you sit down one of the kids needs to use the restroom. No problem, the brand new public single room rest stops are just a few feet away. After soaking up some sun, you head back, shower the sand off, take a quick dip in the pool, and head up to your home away from home. After a quick lunch in your recently updated kitchen, you close the black out curtains in your bedroom, and take a power nap. Then it is off to shop “The Avenue”. You end up down at 6th street, you have never seen the kids so happy. You go back via the Boards and a quick stop at Wonderland, how appropriately named! You stroll the Boards back to 10th street, pick up a treat at Steel’s Fudge and walk home. It’s the 4th, so you sit out on your very private deck and watch the fireworks. As you slip into your King size bed, you smile thinking pool, beach, or more shopping tomorrow. Do I have my coffee on the deck in the morning and watch the sunrise or walk around the corner to the Starbuck’s? Decisions, decisions! There is only one problem….only one family can own this particular slice of paradise. Will it be yours?
