Each person at the apartment has their own bathroom attached to their room so you will not have to share. You will have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and in-unit laundry room with up to 3 roommates, but only 1 roommate lives there now. There is a dish washer and garbage disposal in the sink. There is also a trash chute on each floor as well as dumpsters outside. There is plenty of parking at the apartment. Trash disposal and internet is included in the lease amount of $752. Only a portion of electricity and water will be covered in the rent amount so extra water and electricity usage ends up being charged to you. I have personally never been charged more than $40 for the water and electricity usage. Your lease will be separate from your roommates and your room will have its own lock and key. The mailbox for the apartment is shared but you will have your own mail box key. I am reletting the lease I have with the apartment which means you will be keeping the cheaper price for the room that I have on my lease rather than the market price they are asking for currently. You would be taking over my lease legally with the apartment. The lease date starts whenever you sign the paperwork with the apartment and ends July 31st 2025. You may separately renew with them later if you would like to live there longer. There are currently no pets at this apartment unit, but it is pet friendly. This apartment is located right off of the University of West Florida and has many grocery stores and restaurant options nearby. Lease starts when paperwork is finalized with the apartment and ends on July 31st 2025. Rent is $752 per month. If you wish to renew and stay at the apartment longer you may talk with the apartment's front office or renew on the apartment's resident portal after you have signed the initial lease with them. There is a one-time $250 pet fee then a $35 a month pet rent if you have a pet.
