All of the interior rooms have been painted with the exception of the guest bath and guest bedroom. Neighborhood Description This is a beautiful and established neighborhood. Nice sized homes, nice sized lots. Homes have some space between properties. Homes were purchased prior to the lending practices that caused the problems in the housing market. This means foreclosures are at a minimum.
