There is a bedroom, a kitchen/ living room/dining room, a laundry room/walk in closet, and bathroom. And that's it. Pets are NOT allowed. $950 on a 1 year lease. $900 on a 2 year lease. In order to qualify, you must have income of 3 times the rental amount. I do a credit check, criminal background check, and eviction history report.
