The community is comprised of 40 townhouses. Tucked away off busy streets. Sitting on over 7 acres, it's very quiet and peaceful. Does not feel like typical apartment living. The pavement has just been redone, and all homes have new HVAC systems. This will keep utility bills reasonable. If you need to a refrigerator, we can provide a new one. If you would like us to purchase a washer and dryer, we can for a modest additional cost. Required a min of 12-month lease, after the term, the lease will automatically turn into Month to Month. We will renew 12-month leases as requested. Rent is due on the first and considered late if received after the 5th day. We have accommodations to pay online, for free. This can be set up to auto pay on the day of your choice.
