    Unfurnished two/three bedroom home located in Millcreek, near Saint Mark's hospital. This is situated on 3/4 acre wooded and landscaped property with a pond. It has a huge deck, lots of natural light. This is part of a little community hidden away with in Millcreek. It feels as if you are miles away from the city. There are some organic raised beds, fruit trees and a grape vine. The third bedroom is a flex room that could also be an office, yoga studio or playroom. The utilities are an extra $250 per month as there is a mother-inlaw apartment down stairs (separate entrance, but shared laundry area). This is a very unusual property for the area. Upon reserving the property the last month's rent is requested to hold it until you move in. Upon move in then the first month's rent is also due along with a security deposit. The damage deposit is $1300 (of which up to $1000 is refundable upon moveout). The rent includes parking for one car, an extra car would be another $50 per month. Up to two pets may be considered for an additional pet deposit and fee. April - November there is a $75 landscaping fee.
