    No fault of Seller but the house is back on the market. This could be a quick turn around since we have most of the paperwork completed. This property is being sold "as is ''. It looks like there are water issues with the ceilings being stained but no problems with leakage since new roof was installed. The seller just didn't do the repairs on interior. A new roof was installed with the look alike tile Shingles. There are some actual pieces left over too. The toilet overflowed when owner was out of town and damaged ceilings but never replaced any of the drywall. The house is a darling, 1 1/2 story brick home with lots of potential.
