The house is located in the Mitchell Park area at The Riverwood Plantation which encompasses the Greenbrier School K-12. Riverwood has walking, golf cart and biking trails throughout including and a swimming pool with recreational area. There are multiple mini parks located throughout the neighborhoods. At the main entrance you will find Publix, CVS, Iron Wood Tavern, Papa Johns, Starbucks, McDonalds, Mi Rancho, Top China, Rooted Coffeehouse, Flying Biscuit Cafe, Subway, Woody's Spirits, Madison Julia's Salon, Sky Nails, Anytime Fitness, Security Federal Bank, ATM's, The Cart Barn, Amerigas Propane exchange for outdoor grilling which is allowed on this property. The house carpet and paint are less than 1 year old. The mother-in-law suite/office is at the front of the house and has a private entrance. The backyard is shaded and fenced in with front and rear gates. People use their golf carts to commute to all of the locations, eateries and other services as listed. A professional landscaping and lawn maintenance company will be maintaining the grounds on the side and forward of the house. I may be able to show the interior of the house before May 10, 2022 but the landscaping firm will not have the property finished. I will update as information changes. Renter is responsible for Gas, Electric, Water and Garbage. Landlord will maintain outside property using professional lawn services. The irrigation for grass and plants is also part of the water bill so please do not shut off water. This property must be maintained professional as per the covenants. Avoid parking on the street except for temporary guests otherwise please use driveway, courtyard and/or garage. The HOA fee of $745 is paid by the Landlord but if the tenant wants to use the pool a pool pass can be obtained after registering with the Home Owners Association for an additional fee.
