This is a room for rent. Kitchen and Bathrooms are shared. This room is downstairs and one wall does not go all the way up. This is why the rent is affordable. The wall goes up 8 ft. The lease is month-to-month with a minimum of two months at a time. We require an application fee, application, income 3x the amount of rent, security deposit, and signed lease. We check credit, rental, and criminal history. Rent includes utilities and we do not prorate on the move in or move out.
