Parking is available on the street on either Eddy Street or Flora Ave S. Would like an application submitted in order to tour the apartment, but not required. I'm available most often on week days and possibly weekends between the hours of 11 - 3. First month rent, security deposit and pet deposit are due at lease signing. 1 year lease with continued residency after the 1 year term is up with approval. Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, and recycling. Gas and electric utilities are paid by tenants and need to be put into tenants name.
