It was built by my grandfather. It's small but cozy. My mother and uncle were raised there. My grandmother was a immaculate housekeeper. It could use some modern updates. It would be a good starter home for couple with one child. It's never been smoked in. Never any pets inside. No alcoholic beverages, no curse words were spoken inside this home. My grandmother had strict rules . other than a little remodeling for its age. It's in good condition. Good neighborhood. And excellent neighbors.
