Unexpectedly we are moving to Canada at the end of this month -- that means we have to break the lease, so we're trying to help find a future tenant. The eaves Rancho Penasquitos community is beautiful, safe, and friendly. It's quiet, nice neighbors, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There's a gym, swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue area, free wi-fi in all common areas. We're on the second floor. There's a balcony, with a storage closet. The bathroom features bath tub & shower combo. The stackable washer/dryer was replaced 2 months ago, so is almost brand new. Both stove/oven and dishwasher in the kitchen were replaced since we moved in, so they're almost new. We have 1 private parking space, right in front of the door.
