Basement bedroom comes fully furnished upgraded bathroom. Shared space for tv room. We don't use but need access to the furnace room for storage and second space from time. Rent is due on the 1st of the month with a 3 day grace period. One parking spot is in drive. All utilities are included. If you want different TV packages or Internet they'll be at your expense. No pets. I have 3 dogs, I have kids that live with 50 percent of the time but at 11 and 12. Most days we are gone, we go to bed no later then 10 up by 6am. Out of the house by 9. We have 4 rec centers that are included with rental agreement. You will have to get your own card but will add u to the house hold.
