Our family bought this unit new in 2010 and have used it and loved it as a second home since. Our children have grown up in this beautiful place, exploring private beaches and pristine water afforded by having a place on Big Lagoon but it is time for us to move on. In just a 5 minute boat ride, you can be in Johnson Beach State Park and have the whole beach and Gulf of Mexico to yourself. The fishing here is amazing and you can be in the Gulf of Mexico catching red snapper in under 15 minutes or stay in the lagoon and catch speckled trout or redfish! Our unit is one of the larger units in the building with 1,833 sf of living space plus a large 215 sf balcony. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus a large bonus room that can be used as 4th bedroom or home office. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom, huge shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. The central air was replaced in September 2021 and should easily last another 10 years. Our private parking spot is just outside the unit and private storage is directly under the unit for ultimate convenience. We have a small dog and love the convenience of being able to take him for a walk by easily going down the stairs rather than relying on the elevator. We are selling the unit furnished or unfurnished so you can move in and enjoy Galia immediately or take your time and furnish it to your own tastes. Our decor is a bit dated, so the photos in this add have been virtually staged by PadStyler...this is not how the unit is furnished but gives you a better idea of how it can look! Galia does not allow short-term rentals so the building's turnover is very small and has a nice neighborhood feeling to it.
