Normandy Beach is a family community and is 5 miles south of the Point Pleasant Beach/Bay Head area. The house has views of the beach. The house is designed as top bottom living with the kitchen and living/family room located on the second floor. The kitchen/living room/family room is an open area with a cathedral ceiling and skylights. There are also two bedrooms with one king and one queen, one full bathroom, an enclosed front porch and a wraparound rear deck on the second floor. The first floor has three bedrooms with bedroom one having a king room, bedroom two, two queens, bedroom three four twins, a laundry room with storage and full bathroom. The house sleeps up to 14 people. There are two outside hot/cold water showers; one enclosed with a toilet and vanity and the other is open. There is a heated pool with a cedar wood deck around the pool. There is large grass backyard and a fire pit to the side. There is also large capacity washer and dryer. The cottage has a high efficient heating system and CA/C system. There is off-street parking for up to 5 to 6 cars. This is a seasonal or short term vacation rental and should not be used as an applicant's primary residence. We require good credit. We would consider certain pets for additional fee and only from applicants with very good credit. We require tenants to sign written leases. The tenant pays the utilities.
