The current lease period lasts until the end of July 2017, after which the the subtenant will be able to renew the lease in their name. I'm also leaving behind some utilities and furniture including a bed, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker etc. Sublease until July 1st, 2017. Subtenant can choose to renew after this date.
