Location, location, location.... Disney is building out here. My home is less then a mile to the on ramp, so there is never Poinciana traffic to deal with at all. Every bedroom is big. The smallest two are 12.5 x 12. The den downstairs is huge and could be made into another bedroom. When I bought the house, gutters were installed, a downstairs closet was made into a walk in closet/hurricane shelter. The kitchen is a cooks delight, with two Large pantries, lots of cabinets, and the island was replaced with one three times the size of the original. Plus, pretty soon you'll be able to watch how people drive, with the new roundabout while you're cooking. The roof and fence were replaced in 2018. The downstairs is completely Ceramic Tile with an inside laundry room, which is nice in the summer with the humidity. A family room and living room are also downstairs. The complete downstairs is ceramic tile. The upstairs is carpet, that still looks great. The upstairs loft overlooks the laundry room, which is nice, it's a clothes shoot for me. The Master bedroom is huge, which connects to the Master closet, which has two big closets and a linen room. The soaking tub has a hand held shower nozel, so you can wash your hair in the oversized bathtub. There is also a separate toilet and shower room also. The other three bedrooms are all good size. The two smallest bedrooms are 12 x 12.5 sq ft. The backyard is big enough to put in a huge pool or build a tennis court. The HOA is great, they have entertainment a lot for the residents. My kids were on the baseball league. My kids are adults now, so it's time to start another family here now. We had a lot of fun at the theme parks together. This house has only had two owners. Since 3's the charm, you would be getting a charming home. Since my kids are grown, I need to downsize. This house is much too big for me. My number is 321-337-9930. When they finish the construction, it may go up again, so this is perfect timing.
