We have Solar paneling which decreases our electricity price and we will only charge exactly based what your utilities are during the usage of the house, so it should be less than regular. Our property also has an updated washer dryer, microwave and dish washer. A fridge with a freezer, a huge second freezer in the garage, and 2 mini fridges in the house. The recreation center of royal palm beach is a couple minutes away which has 3 basketball courts, a skating area, a soccer field, and a playground. There are also 2 schools both around the corner. A middle school and a pre middle school and a high school that is also not far called Royal Palm high. Lease time minimum is a year or 365 days and a first time renter of our property maximum lease time is a year. After the first lease is finished the second lease is negotiable and will be encouraged depending on the care provided to the property. No smoking in the house. Pets are not encouraged however if the pet is small or is not troubling and causes no damage then we can allow it.
