This is a quiet residential area, the house is good for resting & being lazy. The beach & boardwalk are just a short walk & there are also local restaurants to enjoy. Off street parking for 2+ cars. This 2 bedroom vacation home is available starting July 12th for 4 weeks. Guests may add additional weeks based on availability at $1,500 per week. This is a non smoking, pet friendly property for companion dogs to 40 pounds. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. An additional fee is required for a rental including dog.
